Per conto della proprietà una importante azienda artigiana di fornitura e posa di infissi e serramenti, interni ed esterni, HELVIA ha organizzato ed eseguito l'intero processo di vendita della integrità delle quote sociali. In particolare, HELVIA ha allestito il pitch book e la valutazione d'azienda, ha ricercato selezionato e contattato i decision-maker dei potenziali acquirenti a livello locale ed aree limitrofe, ha avviato le trattative ed assistito negozialmente e professionalmente gomito-a-gomito la parte venditrice, sino alla sottoscrizione del contratto di compravendita e al closing della operazione. La transazione si è conclusa con la cessione delle quote ad una importante azienda di un settore adiacente, per un valore di oltre € 3,8 milioni.
On behalf of the owner of a primary handicraft company supplying and installing windows and doors, interior and exterior, HELVIA organised and executed the entire process of selling the whole company shares. Specifically, HELVIA drafted the pitch book and the company valuation, it searched selected and contacted the decision-makers of the potential buyers, locally and in the surrounding areas, it opened the negotiations with the counterparty and it advised the selling party elbow-to-elbow until the signing of the sales & purchase agreement and the closing of the deal. The transaction ended with the sale of the company's whole controlling stake to a major enterprise acting in a neighbouring business, for a deal overal value of € 3.8 million.
