Dr Dalmazio Zolesi, 60, is the CEO in charge for HELVIA’s advisory services and professional staff.
Before joining HELVIA, Dr. Zolesi has held top executive positions in top-notch professional firms and industrial groups (PwC Advisory, Arthur Andersen & Co. Financial Consulting Services, Pirelli, Prysmian, Forbo, FAAC) spanning the continents. He led organisations of thousands of people and a vast array of markets, factories, research centres, spanning the continents, His financial responsibilities were ranging between hundreds of millions and billions of Euros.
Dr. Zolesi has carried out a great deal of acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, strategic alliances and corporate renewals. He has been member of several boards of directors and strategic advisory boards in Italy and Switzerland. For 22 years, he has been appointed as Contract Professor of Strategic Management at the EMBA, MBA, MASS and Executive Education Programs of the Swiss University of Applied Sciences SUPSI in Lugano (Switzerland).
