Select below the Type of Sale and the Publication Period you are interested in, register as a User, select the New Ad folder and follow the 6 Steps of the online process that will appear on your screen. The process is guided and you cannot make mistakes. If you wish, in the section at the bottom “Here’s how to introduce your ad”, you can see the content of each of the 6 Steps of the process.
Before publication, your Confidential Announcement will in any case be checked by HELVIA’s consultants to ensure its authenticity, anonymity and non-traceability, to enhance its communicative impact, to supplement it with a context photograph and to translate it into other foreign languages. If you prefer, you can send us the proposed Confidentiality Announcement you wish to be published and we will introduce it on your behalf.
During the period of publication, all Information Requests received from Potential Buyers interested in your Confidential Advert will be collected, examined and selected on your behalf, by HELVIA consultants, according to your instructions. Onlookers, time wasters, agencies and all those who will not be able to legally represent a Potential Buyer meeting your criteria will be automatically rejected from the selection. You will therefore only receive the names of selected Potential Buyers or Sellers who meet your criteria, with whom you will be able to initiate initial contacts, arrange to meet, exchange information, and establish future negotiations.

How to introduce your Ad (1-2)
The process of publishing your Confidentiality Announcement is guided so you can’t go wrong!
In Step 1 you enter information about the Company or Property for Sale and in Step 2 you enter information about the Sale Transaction you are looking for. This information is important and will help us to verify the authenticity of the item for sale, the identity of your person and your expectations of the transaction and realisation, thus enabling us to better relate to potential Buyers.
In the “Confidential Area” you can enter as much information as you wish, as it will remain “Confidential” between you and the HELVIA trust company and will therefore not be published. On the other hand, be careful what you enter in the “Public Area” because this information will be published instead! However, before publishing it, as a matter of procedure we always check it and if there is any error, omission or inappropriate disclosure, we will of course remove it.
How to introduce your Ad (1-2)
In Step 3 you now introduce your proposed Title and Text of the Confidential Sales Announcement. Don’t worry here either. We will take care of revising it, enhancing it from a communicative point of view, adding a relevant (but not traceable) photo, as well as translating it into English and any other foreign languages.
In Step 4 check the preview of your Confidential Sales Announcement (obviously still to be revised and integrated by us). If you want to correct or supplement any information, simply go back through the process and insert or delete it. If you agree, go to Step 5, select the period of publication and authorise us to act as trustee on your behalf, to process data, etc.
At Step 6, all you need to do is confirm the purchase of the Confidentiality Sale Advert and settle it as you see fit (PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, etc.). Your ad will now be verified, integrated and published by us as soon as possible. Congratulations. You have done an excellent job!
